Letting go of expectations is such a freeing process, and one I seem to need to relearn often. I had envisioned creating a daily diary sort of blog. However, each day has its own rhythm on this trip, and many of those days are "unplugged," also a good thing.
So this will be topical, instead, in a very random pattern.
This morning I'm sitting on a small covered deck attached to this little inn that provided last night's lodging and the delightful Scandinavian breakfast, enveloped in the beauty of a rain-washed morning. Took a little walk, passing small homes with the inevitable splashes of flowers in the window boxes, garden plots newly worked, a few sheep with their lambs.
